Diamond Recruitment, a locally owned company, was established in 1989 to provide a professional staffing service to both candidates and clients alike. In 1998 the Diamond Recruitment Group started to evolve when Diamond IT was established as a sister company. From that point on the DR Group has expanded to include Diamond Care, Diamond Education, 4C Executive Placements, Diamond Marketing, Diamond Technical, Diamond Accountancy and the Diamond Recruitment Network. Many of the companies within the group have managers who are also partners in their particular section of the business.
